1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within 30 days of your initial paid purchase, you are not satisfied with Agentify, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for that initial billing period, no questions asked.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from the in-app billing page or via the Paddle customer portal. Refunds for renewals are considered on a case-by-case basis where required by law (for example, where you cancelled but were charged due to a system error, or where the Service was unavailable for a sustained period).
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions purchased for the first time are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can cancel renewal at any time and you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
4. Statutory Rights (EU / UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right once provision has begun. Our 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 is more generous than the statutory minimum and applies in addition.
5. What Is Not Refundable
- One-time add-on usage that has already been consumed (for example, additional voice minutes, calling minutes or AI message credits that have been used).
- Charges for periods where the account was used in violation of our Acceptable Use rules.
- Third-party costs incurred through integrations (for example, telephony carrier fees) that have already been disbursed.
- Accounts terminated by us for breach of the Terms of Service.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at purchase, or open the receipt email from Paddle and click "Manage your subscription".
- Alternatively, email our team at billing@agentify.ai with your order ID, the email on the account and a short reason for the request. We will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Currency conversion fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund are determined by your payment provider and are outside our control.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
9. Free Plan
The Free plan does not involve a charge and therefore is not eligible for a refund. You may stop using the Free plan at any time.
10. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner.
